We are here to serve you and we do our very best to treat our customers like friends. We try and make business between us as easy as possible but in the unlikely event of things going wrong here is the small print stuff. If you are having any difficulty processing your order then just call and we'll sort it - no problem!

Buyers from Europe, North America and the Rest of the World -sorry we have to make a charge for postage but…
..we only charge postage at or below Royal Mail cost!
..we give you free packing materials and also handle for free.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 6 days. But wherever possible we'll get your goods shipped the day the order is received...'cos we know you really wanted it yesterday...and whilst we cannot do that, we'll do our best to get it to you without delay.
If your item has gone out of stock, we will telephone or email you so we can both agree how you want to proceed.
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.
All our transactions are AVS and CV2 checked automatically as standard. AVS (Address Verification Service) checks involve checking a cardholder’s address against that of the billing address of the card used.
CV2 (card security code) checks involve checking to see that the 3 digit ‘security code’, usually found on the back of the card entered by the cardholder, matches that held by the card issuer. Immediately your order has been processed on our shop terminal we delete your online card details to prevent identity theft.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. That's right.... if you are unhappy in any way just return it and we'll give you a full refund. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. and include your original receipts or packing note so we can process a refund. If we have done something silly like sent you the wrong size item from what you ordered then call and discuss it with us 'cos we'll pay for the return if it's our mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods (E&OE), or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
